Doug never rests. Doug’s tireless commitment to overcoming the challenges of medical real estate development is a hallmark of the skills and dedication that serve PMB’s clients. His execution of the myriad requirements of project development while maintaining industry leasing levels of tenant satisfaction has been instrumental in his successful completion and leasing of PMB developments throughout the Western US.
Doug is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, entitling, financing, and managing ground-up development projects from documentation to occupancy.
Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Economics in 2000. In 2002, he received certificates in Financial Planning from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
