Healthcare Real Estate Development Expert, Jake Dinnen, to join the developer panel discussion at Colliers National Healthcare Conference. The theme of this year’s developer panel discussion is “Navigating real estate strategy and decision making in a landscape of continued provider margin pressure.”
Panelists will discuss how various real estate solutions can positively or negatively affect cost pressures healthcare providers are facing in today’s delivery model. Jake will share his experience in programming, design, site selection, healthcare market underwriting, lease negotiations, and overall development process and how these components support outpatient network strategy.
This year’s conference takes place September 12 and 13 in Chicago, IL. The Developer Panel takes place on day 2 of the National Healthcare Conference, Friday 9/13, from 10:00-11:15.
