A group of local physicians and government leaders recognized the need for an inpatient facility and related medical office building to address the unmet needs of one of the fastest growing areas in Texas.

PMB was selected to assist in the management of the 275,000 SF hospital’s construction and the development of a 53,000 SF MOB. Both were completed on time and within budget. The project operating company was sold to Baylor Scott and White to implement a core component of its central Texas delivery strategy.
