The success of the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center led to the partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and the development of a women’s and children’s addition to the original hospital. PMB worked with Dignity (now CommonSpirit) and Phoenix Children’s Hospital in addressing the need to a create a substantial on-campus pediatric presence. PMB worked under an extremely demanding schedule to meet the Hospital’s requirement to open the MOB 18 months prior to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Tower. The combined facilities will serve Dignity’s mission of bringing critical women and children’s care to the East Valley.
