The new 53,000 SF, 40-Bed facility is operated by Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health. Lifepoint Rehabilitation manages the day-to-day operations of the inpatient rehabilitation facility, bringing its evidence-driven framework for providing inpatient rehabilitation care to the Snohomish County community. PMB entered into a lease with Northwest Washington Rehabilitation Hospital a joint venture of Lifepoint and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett to construct the new rehabilitation off campus hospital.
