Providence Holy Cross Medical Center desired expanded access and growth in a new market area. PMB, through a joint venture, including USPI, developed a 78,000 SF, three-story ambulatory care center located the fast-growing Santa Clarita area. PMB identified and acquired the site after performing a comprehensive evaluation of all available land parcels. One-third of the building is occupied by the Hospital and one-third by Facey Medical Group. Hospital services include an imaging center, surgery center, radiation oncology, urgent care and a laboratory. Providence was able to successfully expand its footprint and increase market share while delivering an enhanced patient experience.
