The 60,000 SF Superior Medical Center represents PMB’s off-campus land-based project procurement strategy focused on the strong demographics of the Boulder County sub-market and underlying demand for patient-centered health services based on access, convenience and patient experience. The Superior Medical Center is the first commercial development in Downtown Superior, a 157-acre master-planned community composed of 1,400 residential units, 817,600 SF of commercial & retail, 150,000 SF of indoor recreation, and 42 acres of outdoor recreation & open space in its final state. PMB started construction with 43% pre-leasing and has solidified partnerships with a diverse mix of health systems and established regional medical groups.
