Construction continues on our Point Ruston seniors housing project in Tacoma, WA on the southern edge of the Puget Sound. The project consists of 159 units with independent living, assisted living and memory care. We are joint-venturing the project with GenCare Lifestyles, our senior living operator partner and Harrison Street as our equity partner. ERDMAN designed the project which is being built by MC Construction. This exciting project is scheduled to open in August, 2019. Click below to view the latest construction update video.
