Jim was approached by a friend 45 years ago and told that he ought to get in to the medical building business. Turned out the friend was right. Jim has helped hospitals and doctors satisfy their needs for medical office real estate for four decades. PMB is the gift of work that never feels like a job.

Jim specializes in managing the development of healthcare projects and acts as principal liaison between the company, hospitals and physician tenants. Prior to joining PMB, Jim managed medical development throughout the US for various national developers.

Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
