Nolan serves as Senior Vice President of Development at PMB, where he has spent the last 8+ years of his career. Nolan is involved in all aspects of the development process, including deal sourcing, initial feasibility and underwriting, project documentation, entitlements, financing, and overall project management. He works across all of PMB’s product types, including medical office, senior living, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and behavioral health facilities. During his career at PMB, he has developed over $1.5 billion in real estate across a variety of product types. .

Nolan graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double specialization in Real Estate and Economics.
