Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, California sought to relocate a functionally obsolete outpatient imaging center within a narrow time frame in which the move would be possible. PMB developed a four-story, 65,000 SF medical office building that houses an outpatient imaging center and multi-tenant physician offices. PMB also developed a common parking structure shared by Grossmont Medical Center and Sharp Healthcare to alleviate an employee parking shortage. Due to the overall satisfaction and success of the project, including an enhanced patient experience, and expanded volume, Sharp continues to move services to this facility.
