Huntington Hospital needed to address the requirement for an expanded outpatient presence on its campus. A MOB was needed to house the Hospital’s diagnostic imaging, oncology, women’s services, ambulatory services requirements as a result of construction of a second patient tower, and expanded emergency department, and planned demolition of older hospital-related structures. PMB and its architect and contractor team managed every phase of project programming, design, entitlement, development and leasing. The Pavilion is a now key component of the hospital’s outpatient services program including UCLA and USC tenancies.
