Palomar Health as part of its commitment to the health district it serves created a multi-site development goal to upgrade its inpatient facility and add substantial outpatient capacity in the form of a medical office building and attached parking structure at the Pomerado campus. The Pavilion was designed to house Pomerado Hospital’s ambulatory surgery center, imaging services, and its related multi-specialty group, Arch Health Partners. PMB’s team managed design, construction, leasing, and move-in that took one-year from start to finish. The project is now central to Pomerado Hospital’s delivery model.
