Los Alamitos Medical Center (LAMC), a Tenet Healthcare facility, needed to develop an on-campus medical office building to support the demand for more medical office space and to ensure that key physicians remained on-campus. PMB proposed and ultimately developed a 70,000 SF MOB and provided attractive physician investment opportunities of which most physicians took advantage. PMB also developed a six-level, 1,077-space parking structure to meet the needs of the MOB and the balance of the underserved hospital campus. A complex logistics and phasing plan kept the campus operating smoothly during construction.  The MOB and parking structure were delivered on-budget and on-schedule in 14 months.
