Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center needed new on-campus space to house its main multi-specialty medical group, Mission Internal Medicine Group (MIMG), as well as new medical office space to house groups that had outgrown their existing space. PMB developed a 140,000 SF MOB anchored by Mission Hospital and created a campus-wide parking concession with the Hospital to help finance a new 1,500 space garage. MIMG and a large OB group were subsequently acquired by the Health System and they are now the primary vehicle for growing the medical staff.
