As a result of outgrowing their existing space, Providence Medical Center needed MOB space to accommodate a larger floorplate space for two major primary care medical groups and a new outpatient imaging center. PMB developed a new MOB that also includes a 24,000 SF ambulatory Surgery Center, a large cardiology group that migrated their admission to PSJH, and a 990-space parking structure. As a part of this project, PMB contributed a parcel in the development back to the Hospital for the Roy & Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center. The first MOB was so successful in achieving growth, increased market share and patient satisfaction, Providence developed a second MOB within two years.
