Radnet Medical Imaging sought to capitalize on its scale and off-campus strategy in the rapidly expanding Riverside/San Bernardino market to create an outpatient primary care, imaging and cancer care services center. Radnet needed to reach a new patient population due to California’s Medi-Cal expansion created by the Affordable Care Act. Radnet’s strategy required increased brand visibility, convenient patient access and proximity to local providers. PMB managed a multi-site identification, ultimately securing a site owned by the City of Riverside as the successor to the California Redevelopment Agency. The multi-year public land acquisition process lead to the development of a 27,000 SF building providing Radnet the infrastructure to implement its multi-specialty community alignment strategy.
