San Antonio Regional Hospital is one of the longest serving hospitals in the Upland/Western San Bernardino County market. The Hospital embarked on the construction of a patient tower and then a medical office building to create a home for the City of Hope Cancer Center and expand SARH’s WBIC services. PMB worked with SARH’s legal team in negotiating a lease that described both City of Hope’s tenancy in the new MOB and the abandonment of their space in an older SARH building. PMB, acting as consulting developer, organized the programming, architecture, and construction of the project.
