St. Joseph Medical Tower – Orange, CA
St. Joseph of Orange needed to dramatically upgrade its Cancer services and develop an 87,000 SF, 4-vault cancer center. At the same time, PMB developed an additional 130,000 SF MOB that housed the hospital’s two main Cancer Groups. Along with both buildings, PMB financed, owns and manages a 1,100-space garage that supports both buildings.
