Rebecca serves as the firm’s general counsel and oversees all legal matters related to the and acquisition, development, construction, ownership, leasing, management, financing of the firm’s healthcare real estate portfolio. Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, was an attorney in the real estate department of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, with a focus on real estate finance. Previously, she was an attorney with McKenna Long & Aldridge and Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps where she represented lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenants in leasing transactions and developers in land acquisition and development.
Rebecca received her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, her Real Estate Property Development LL.M. from University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College.
