Bill is an architect and developer with a passion for bringing together the often-disparate disciplines of finance, law, building science, and design, and is involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle. He has been responsible for the design and development of over $2 billion of commercial real estate across the western U.S.

Prior to joining PMB, he worked with Ranch Capital and Merlone Geier Partners in varying partner-level roles where he led entitlement, design and development efforts for multiple large-scale mixed use projects including land development, healthcare, office, retail, entertainment, hotel, and residential uses. He also has prior experience as a practicing architect and private real estate development consultant.

Bill is a licensed architect, real estate broker, LEED accredited professional and active member of the American Institute of Architects and Urban Land Institute. He received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

I’m a firm believer in continuous improvement. From healthcare and life sciences to seniors housing, there’s no better environment for continuous improvement than the evolving continuum of care.

Bill enjoys surfing, sailing, lobster diving, and basically anything around the ocean with his wife, 2 kids, and 2 mutts.
