With over 15 years of experience managing construction projects totaling over $480 million dollars, his tenure includes estimating & preconstruction, seismic renovations and tenant improvements in occupied buildings, and running major projects with an emphasis in design-build delivery.

A graduate of Oregon State University, he holds both a Master of Business and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management. Dan will spearhead the construction management of PMB’s development projects in the Pacific Northwest.
