Nolan’s passion for real estate development and his interest in healthcare strategy and delivery has been an important aspect in progressing his career at PMB. This passion covers the whole spectrum of healthcare real estate development, spanning from ambulatory care centers to seniors housing to post-acute facilities.
As a Development Associate for PMB, Nolan is involved in all aspects of the development process; from generating new leads to site selection and land procurement to navigating the entitlement process to financing PMB’s projects. Nolan is very involved in the early feasibility stages of most of PMB’s projects through his role in the initial underwriting of a project, economic feasibility, and complete market analyses (or Healthcare Opportunity Packages as he likes to call them). Prior to joining PMB, he completed summer internships with Cushman and Wakefield in San Diego and Young Construction in Santa Barbara.
Nolan graduated from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double specialization in Real Estate and Economics. He also earned his Argus Certification and a Certificate in Real Estate Investments, Finance, and Development from University of San Diego.
