Clinicas de Salud Del Pueblo, a Federally Qualified Health Center and Federal Tort Claims Act Deemed Facility, was experiencing significant new demand due to California’s Medi-Cal expansion.  Clinicas plays a pivotal role in the health of the Imperial and Riverside Counties by providing comprehensive primary care services, health clinics, dental clinics and WIC programs and needed to increase access and provide for growth with a new flagship location.  PMB identified an off-market site within a regional master planned outdoor mall which aligned with Clinicas branding and patient experience objectives.  PMB utilized New Markets Tax Credit financing to deliver a cost-effective facility which significantly enhanced Clinicas brand and healthcare offering for the community.
